About the role
- You manage the individual insurance needs of our existing and new clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- You identify the appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
- You create added value through professional expertise
- You negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers, and experts
- You support the team in proposal presentations, claims handling, and annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
- A passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, family-like environment
