About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the individual motor insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify suitable motor insurance solutions for each sector
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts (e.g., loss adjusters)
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support field sales in acquisition activities and in the preparation and follow-up of annual meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a related university degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of motor insurance and ideally experience with large fleet accounts
- A passion for customer care and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in our team-oriented, family-style working environment and identify with a strong “we” mentality
