About the role

- Lead credit control projects with a focus on successful delivery.

Requirements
- Graduate or possess a professional qualification in a finance-related discipline.
- Proficient in written and spoken Spanish, English & Portuguese C1
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels and clarify requirements.
- Highly self-motivated with a hands-on approach to driving solutions for the team, especially as it is being created from scratch.
- Strong attention to detail in producing high-quality output under pressure.
- Good analytical skills for complex data analysis and effective decision-making in business or technical issues.
- Personal drive to achieve personal goals and motivate others to achieve team goals.
- Good leadership skills with experience in team and conflict management.
