About the role

  • Finance intern supporting the accounting team and managing office tasks at buah. Assisting in financial administration, office management, and process optimization in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You handle daily invoice processing and approvals in Candis, as well as initial coding/pre-accounting in Moss
  • You support our Controlling team with monthly analyses of costs and profitability
  • You actively contribute to the preparation of procedural documentation and risk-control matrices for our core processes
  • You ensure smooth daily office operations — from mail handling and IT hardware management to maintaining our digital mailboxes
  • You correspond with internal departments and external partners regarding payment statuses and payment reminders (dunning)

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management or a comparable field
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • First experience in administration, accounting or controlling is a plus
  • Confident use of Google tools
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality, absolute reliability and strong attention to quality
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills
