Responsibilities
Strategic development and future-oriented positioning of the company
Management, monitoring and expansion of sales activities
Development of disposal concepts
Initiation and support of research and development projects for new applications of mineral waste
Resource management and optimization of existing processes
Leadership, coordination and control of projects
Further development of internal procedures within process management
Active acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance and expansion of existing customer, disposal and logistics partnerships
Responsibility for budget planning, controlling and financial planning including liquidity management
Participation in contract drafting and negotiation
Contribution to certification and quality management processes
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in engineering, environmental sciences, business administration or a related field
Several years of professional experience in material flow management, waste management or logistics is an advantage
Structured, analytical and independent way of working
