Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2+ years of estate planning/probate, experience in TX, 5+ years are most preferred.
An Associate’s degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Excellent typing skills and computer literacy, including a solid understanding MS Office and or Google Suite applications.
Proficiency on Clio and TxDoc OR similar software.
Demonstrate proficiency to focus on details, handle multiple tasks, and remain highly organized.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and positive communicator.
