About the role

  • Analista de Pré-Vendas focusing on generating and qualifying business opportunities. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and actively prospect potential clients (via LinkedIn, email, and phone).
  • Make initial contact with leads generated by sales intelligence and marketing.
  • Understand customer pain points and needs to qualify business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Hunters team (New Business Executives).
  • Update and record contact information and interactions in the Ploomes CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve funnel conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Curious, proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to quickly learn about new markets and solutions.
  • Previous experience required (even if brief) in Inside Sales, Pre-sales, or B2B prospecting; experience in supply chain companies or supply chain-focused technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
