About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the client's trusted legal advisor, providing comprehensive counsel in labor law.
- Handle all phases of labor litigation in both judicial and administrative proceedings, including strategic cases.
- Draft petitions, appeals and defenses of varying degrees of complexity.
- Lead and represent the client in labor hearings, expert examinations and oral arguments; handle matters involving the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office (Ministério Público do Trabalho - MPT), the Ministry of Labor and trade unions.
- Prepare labor law consultations and legal opinions.
- Review and draft collective agreements and collective bargaining agreements.
- Review and draft employment contracts and service contracts (outsourcing, engagement through personal service companies — pejotização — and temporary contracts).
- Provide support to the client's internal departments, especially Human Resources, as well as to the firm’s labor team.
- Assist in responding to inspections by labor auditors.
- Prepare case management and audit reports.
Requirements
- Law degree (graduated between 2012 and 2020) and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Experience in labor law with a primary focus on litigation.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site placement at the client’s premises.
