About the role

  • Legal Advisor in Labor Law advising HR teams on compliance and drafting relevant documents. Engaging in social dialogue and ensuring legal risks are addressed.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR teams in applying employment/labor law
  • Draft and update employment contracts, amendments and HR correspondence
  • Oversee disciplinary procedures and contract terminations
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of employee representative elections (works council/employee elections)
  • Analyze legal and case-law developments in employment/labor law
  • Contribute to projects updating HR policies

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Employment Law or Labor Law
  • Significant in-house experience in contexts of transformation, spin-offs or entity structuring (a plus)
  • Proven expertise in the French Labour Code and in drafting agreements
  • Familiarity with the New Collective Agreement (a plus)
  • Ability to independently manage employee representative elections and to participate in complex social/industrial relations negotiations
