Responsibilities
Provide insights and recommendations that shape commercial and operational strategy.
Track performance across departments and initiatives, holding stakeholders accountable to business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to guide decision making across the business.
Analyse customer behaviour, unit economics, and performance drivers to identify trends and opportunities.
Use data to proactively identify risks and flag emerging issues before they impact results.
Gain direct exposure to investor and board materials, with rare hands-on experience at analyst level.
Ensure outputs are concise, credible, and aligned with key business narratives.
Prepare high-quality analysis and presentations to communicate financial performance and forward-looking insights.
Simplify and improve reporting processes to enable faster, clearer decisions.
Support the build-out of finance and strategy capability as Bridgit scales, focusing on scalable models and decision-support tools, and implement best practices to support a growing business.
Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, CFO advisory, M&A, or similar analytical roles (ideally gained at a top-tier consultancy or Big 4 bank).
Exposure to lending, credit, banking, or investment banking is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage time, prioritise effectively, and follow through on commitments to meetings and deliverables.
Able to distil complex analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Comfortable working with both structured financial models and data-driven analysis; strong skills in Excel; experience with Power BI and SQL highly regarded.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
