- Acompanhar performance de ações nos canais de venda.
- Auxiliar na comunicação entre marketing e vendas.
- Montar kits/pacotes para divulgação e ações de Trade Marketing;
- Acompanhar o envio e a entrega, mantendo comunicação com áreas internas e fornecedores;
- Acompanhar movimentações dos materiais e nível de estoque;
- Agendamento de recebimento dos materiais junto aos fornecedores;
- Realizar conferência de recebimento e retirada de materiais;
- Realizar o processo de recompra de materiais;
- Controlar e auditar os estoques, atualizando saldos, variações e necessidades de reposição;
- Gerar relatórios de status de estoque e de entregas para a equipe.
- Acompanhar o budget e a gestão dos brindes por clientes.
- Realizar Artes digitais junto ao time de criação
- Entrada em Notas Fiscais e acompanhar pagamento
Requirements
- Perfil hands-on, com experiência aplicada em tarefas de logística / expedição;
- Ser multitarefas, organizado, proativo e dirigido para a entrega de resultados, assim como, ter habilidade de trabalhar em equipe e se comunicar com seus clientes internos;
- Habilidade em Excel intermediário (uso de fórmulas e tabelas dinâmicas; será aplicado teste de conhecimento online);
- Conhecimento em POWER BI será um diferencial
