About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support transformation and improvement projects within Supply Chain processes (planning, demand, S&OP, transportation, warehousing, etc.).
- Develop and track project plans (schedules, scope, risks, stakeholders and performance indicators).
- Facilitate follow-up meetings and ensure effective communication among involved areas.
- Conduct impact analyses, process mapping and identification of optimization opportunities.
- Support organizational change management (communication, engagement and training of affected teams).
- Monitor project performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports for leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile or hybrid), among other activities.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; post-graduate studies will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in the role to lead and support strategic continuous improvement projects in the supply chain, ensuring execution within agreed timelines, scope and budgets. The role acts as a facilitator among multifunctional areas — planning, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, finance and IT — promoting project integration and governance.
- Strong background in Project Management, Supply Chain, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and process supervision.
