Responsibilities
Create, execute, and oversee the visual design of all brand communication materials (advertising campaigns, websites, social media, and promotional materials);
Manage the brand book and develop key visuals (KVs) for campaigns;
Ensure the brand's visual identity is consistent, innovative, and aligned with the company's values and objectives;
Manage the design team and partner agencies, ensuring delivery of high-quality projects within established deadlines;
Create and adapt packaging design, taking into account the product portfolio, industry regulations, and consumer expectations;
Technically approve packaging and printed materials at the press (printing houses), ensuring standards and quality match the digitally approved artwork.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or related fields;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging design, UX design, promotional materials, and campaign assets;
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.);
Knowledge of marketing and labeling regulations and requirements for dietary supplements;
Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
Organized profile with a strong focus on results and meeting deadlines;
Creativity, innovation, and a strong aesthetic sensibility;
Ability to guide creative work according to the company's strategic objectives;
