- Act as a partner to the Head of Strategy and Creative in building ideas with the potential to stand out in the market;
- Mentor the creative team, cultivating new talent and developing a shared visual repertoire;
- Advocate for ideas with strategic, aesthetic, and cultural rationale.
Requirements
- Portfolio featuring high-complexity projects (integrated campaigns, branding, activations, multi-platform content);
- Broad and up-to-date visual repertoire (design, culture, fashion, audiovisual, digital);
- Ability to work in strategic partnership with planning and leadership;
- Strong command of craft (typography, image direction, visual systems, motion as a language);
- Experience presenting and defending projects to clients and senior leadership;
- Genuine interest in raising the agency’s creative standards.
