Responsibilities
Responsible for building, managing, and optimizing marketing content across our B2B eCommerce platform, Breakthru Now, and through customer marketing to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
This role will utilize marketing automation, content management, and analytics platforms to deploy targeted content, monitor campaign performance (organic and paid), analyze user behavior, and personalize customer journeys.
You will own, optimize, and evolve our MarTech stack to ensure seamless, data-driven customer experiences and drive business growth.
This role requires a hybrid professional — equally comfortable discussing marketing strategy and technology architecture — to eliminate silos and improve efficiency.
This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field with 3-6 years professional experience.
Proficiency in using SAP Emarsys, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for email marketing, marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
Proven experience in B2B or B2C eCommerce content creation, web content management, and marketing automation.
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud's SmartEdit, SAP Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing, or HubSpot Marketing Hub (Preferred).
Experience utilizing FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar platforms for analyzing user behavior and optimizing the customer experience (Preferred).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills (Preferred).
