About the role

  • Manager, Digital Campaign optimizing B2B eCommerce marketing content and personalizing customer journeys. Using analytics platforms to monitor performance and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building, managing, and optimizing marketing content across our B2B eCommerce platform, Breakthru Now, and through customer marketing to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • This role will utilize marketing automation, content management, and analytics platforms to deploy targeted content, monitor campaign performance (organic and paid), analyze user behavior, and personalize customer journeys.
  • You will own, optimize, and evolve our MarTech stack to ensure seamless, data-driven customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • This role requires a hybrid professional — equally comfortable discussing marketing strategy and technology architecture — to eliminate silos and improve efficiency.
  • This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or related field with 3-6 years professional experience.
  • Proficiency in using SAP Emarsys, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for email marketing, marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C eCommerce content creation, web content management, and marketing automation.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud's SmartEdit, SAP Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing, or HubSpot Marketing Hub (Preferred).
  • Experience utilizing FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar platforms for analyzing user behavior and optimizing the customer experience (Preferred).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills (Preferred).
  • B2B marketing and/or BevAlc knowledge ideal (Preferred).
