About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of quality engineering practices for financial technology solutions
  • Maintain test frameworks to ensure efficient testing across the enterprise
  • Work on improving automation frameworks for scalable test automation
  • Help define and advocate for testing standards, automation strategies, and best practices in the SDLC
  • Support efforts to address performance bottlenecks and quality gaps
  • Contribute to the development of tools for managing test data across environments to support testing
  • Integrate testing tools and frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Develop and maintain automated test environments and data solutions to ensure system reliability
  • Collaborate with quality engineering, product, and business teams on best practices in test-driven development (TDD) and automation
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers on adopting automation practices
  • Develop and maintain tools for performance, load, and stress testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area
  • 2+ years of work experience in a related field such as Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering
  • 5+ years of work experience in a related field such as Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodology
  • Proficient in Scripting Languages
  • Experience in Test Automation
  • Knowledge in Test Data Management
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes
  • Understanding of Cloud Platforms
  • Version Control (Git) expertise
  • Monitoring Tools familiarity
  • Debug Tools knowledge
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
