Responsibilities
Extract, clean, and analyze data from social media platforms, digital campaigns, and analytics tools.
Analyze audience insights, content performance, and engagement metrics across platforms.
Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
Leverage social listening and sentiment analysis to understand audience behavior and brand perception.
Identify drivers of performance and diagnose reasons for underperformance across campaigns and content.
Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for content, audience growth, and digital strategy.
Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs and performance trends.
Create insight-led presentations and performance narratives for internal stakeholders and global clients.
Present findings, manage client discussions, and refine analysis based on feedback.
Collaborate with social media, content, and account management teams to drive implementation and optimization.
Work closely with the business development team on pitches by providing audience insights, category analysis, and strategic inputs.
Develop high-quality, insight-led pitch decks using publicly available data, benchmarking, and research, even without direct access to platform data.
Support audience development strategy through data-backed recommendations and structured analysis.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing analytics, or audience insights.
Strong understanding of social media metrics, digital performance metrics, and audience engagement.
A social-first mentality, with an understanding of how platform trends, culture, and creative formats shape what works on social and drive meaningful engagement.
Hands-on experience in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong capability in benchmarking, competitive analysis, and trend analysis.
Experience in social listening, sentiment analysis, and audience segmentation.
Ability to work with ambiguous data and form structured hypotheses.
Ability to derive insights independently and translate them into clear recommendations.
Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
Ability to build structured narratives and recommendations even with limited or incomplete data.
