About the role

  • Insights Manager driving data-led decision making for global clients in social media analytics. Focused on audience insights and digital strategy for sports and brand activations within a broader ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from social media platforms, digital campaigns, and analytics tools.
  • Analyze audience insights, content performance, and engagement metrics across platforms.
  • Conduct benchmarking, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Leverage social listening and sentiment analysis to understand audience behavior and brand perception.
  • Identify drivers of performance and diagnose reasons for underperformance across campaigns and content.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for content, audience growth, and digital strategy.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs and performance trends.
  • Create insight-led presentations and performance narratives for internal stakeholders and global clients.
  • Present findings, manage client discussions, and refine analysis based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with social media, content, and account management teams to drive implementation and optimization.
  • Work closely with the business development team on pitches by providing audience insights, category analysis, and strategic inputs.
  • Develop high-quality, insight-led pitch decks using publicly available data, benchmarking, and research, even without direct access to platform data.
  • Support audience development strategy through data-backed recommendations and structured analysis.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing analytics, or audience insights.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, digital performance metrics, and audience engagement.
  • A social-first mentality, with an understanding of how platform trends, culture, and creative formats shape what works on social and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong capability in benchmarking, competitive analysis, and trend analysis.
  • Experience in social listening, sentiment analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous data and form structured hypotheses.
  • Ability to derive insights independently and translate them into clear recommendations.
  • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to build structured narratives and recommendations even with limited or incomplete data.
