- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of prospecting, sales and account/portfolio management
- Knowledge of IT/TELECOMMUNICATIONS (IP, DDoS, PTTs, LAN-to-LAN, SD‑WAN)
- Preferable solid knowledge of the ISP (providers) market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) - ERP or CRM tools
- Availability to travel
