About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for prospecting new clients in telecom. Building relationships and managing client portfolios for ISP segment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients in the ISP segment (Internet Service Providers)
  • Leading meetings and participating in events
  • Managing client portfolio and sales
  • Preparing and sending proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Knowledge of prospecting, sales and account/portfolio management
  • Knowledge of IT/TELECOMMUNICATIONS (IP, DDoS, PTTs, LAN-to-LAN, SD‑WAN)
  • Preferable solid knowledge of the ISP (providers) market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) - ERP or CRM tools
  • Availability to travel
  • Must have own vehicle
