Responsibilities

• Initiate telephone contact with prospective new customers (B2B cold calling)
• Qualify leads and schedule high-quality, binding consultation appointments
• Maintain and update our CRM system
• Follow up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
• Support planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
• Provide feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach

Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales, telephone marketing, or customer acquisition
• Enjoy making calls; structured and goal-oriented while being personable and reliable
• High degree of self-motivation and sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Comfortable working remotely; reliable and able to work independently
• Excellent command of German, spoken and written — accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
• Ideally, understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
