- Document and approve any edits to templates.
- Maintain all system dictionaries associated with the scheduling templates.
- Work as a liaison between the clinic departments and IT regarding scheduling related systems requests.
- Assist in the collection of data for performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide data to administrators and providers facilitating conversations around patient access.
- Perform proactive audits on recurring templates.
- Partner with department leaders to design recurring templates according to metrics.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Cadence template build options.
Requirements
