About the role

  • Brand performance marketer at Bou managing campaigns, and working hands-on with client projects. Engaging directly with brands to ensure alignment with their KPIs and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Jump right into leading a brand or two.
  • Managing the project, keeping the client extremely happy.
  • Guaranteeing our creative work is perfectly aligned with the brand image and business KPIs.
  • Concepting, creating, running, optimizing and analyzing (mostly) paid campaigns, and drawing learnings to apply the next time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience – your past/current title might be something like campaign planner, digital marketer, performance/paid specialist, brand lead, or something similar at an agency or in-house (you could make it as a growth company CMO but prefer having versatile brands and projects to work with – at least for now).
  • Project lead and client communications experience – you have at least some previous experience in being responsible for a project, and answering directly to the client/equivalent.
  • Data-driven and hands-on approach to marketing – you thrive for linking your brand-building efforts to business-relevant KPIs and bringing back learnings to do even better work the next time.
  • Modern marketing stack – you can professionally work with all the major social media business/campaign managers and Google tools (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio), and why not Supermetrics, Smartly, Hubspot or Semrush too.
  • Versatile marketing skills – your expertise lies in performance marketing, with a clear interest in brand performance: running, optimizing and analysing paid campaigns, but you can also create campaign concepts – and if given the chance, you could very well position new brands and write pretty good copy too.
  • Hunger to learn from a wide range of industries – we build brands for a great variety of products and companies, from handcrafted coffee to mobile games and waste-sorting robotics.
  • Strong written and spoken English, native in internet – Nordic languages are an advantage but not a necessity, and having worked with international brands is considered a plus.

Benefits

  • Occupational health care
  • Competitive salary and lots of opportunities for professional development.
  • Flexible work – Feel free to work from home or the office.
  • Birthday as a holiday
  • Phone subscription
  • Professional growth – Opportunity to join a growing team of professionals that won’t accept anything less than being world-class.
