Responsibilities
- Support hub supervisors in improving overall performance and efficiency by monitoring KPIs and team productivity.
- Monitor hub team performance, manage daily plans, and provide staff support.
- Ensure shipments are processed and entered accurately into the system.
- Audit couriers’ daily performance and ensure professional appearance standards.
- Conduct verification calls for undelivered, canceled, and scheduled shipments daily.
- Ensure shipment updates match system records and daily productivity sheets.
- Monitor shipments exceeding lifecycle SLA and holding period; coordinate returns with CAI SF Team.
- Archive proof of delivery for returned orders for one month.
- Follow up on Freshdesk tickets and resolve assigned issues within SLA.
- Create tickets for customer complaints and escalate to Client Support when needed.
- Ensure hub compliance and proper documentation.
- Manage inventory processes and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure daily reports are sent on time.
- Oversee operations across Upper Egypt hubs (average of 8 branches) to ensure consistency and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hub or warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping/logistics field.
- Experience in leading and supervising teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Professional, proactive attitude with sound judgment.
- Very good English level.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably based in **Minya** or **Assiut**.
