Responsibilities
Support hub supervisors in improving overall performance and efficiency by monitoring KPIs and team productivity.
Monitor hub team performance, manage daily plans, and provide staff support.
Ensure shipments are processed and entered accurately into the system.
Audit couriers’ daily performance and ensure professional appearance standards.
Conduct verification calls for undelivered, canceled, and scheduled shipments daily.
Ensure shipment updates match system records and daily productivity sheets.
Monitor shipments exceeding lifecycle SLA and holding period; coordinate returns with CAI SF Team.
Archive proof of delivery for returned orders for one month.
Follow up on Freshdesk tickets and resolve assigned issues within SLA.
Create tickets for customer complaints and escalate to Client Support when needed.
Ensure hub compliance and proper documentation.
Manage inventory processes and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure daily reports are sent on time.
Oversee operations across Upper Egypt hubs (average of 8 branches) to ensure consistency and performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in hub or warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping/logistics field.
Experience in leading and supervising teams.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
