About the role

  • Product Manager and Technician providing customer service and support for automotive projects. Involvement in contract preparation, market analysis, and trade fairs with a focus on KPI monitoring and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting our customers by telephone and email
  • Supporting Key Account Managers and working in project teams
  • Preparing and supporting contract finalizations
  • Assisting with the preparation and execution of trade fairs
  • Conducting competitor and market analyses for the IAM (Independent Automotive Aftermarket)
  • Collaboration with testing and certification organizations
  • Monitoring product-related KPIs
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Some professional experience in the automotive sector desirable
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Reliability, flexibility, strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Quick comprehension, strong willingness to learn and high level of commitment
