Responsibilities
Design marketing assets across channels, including: Paid media (social, display, native), Email and lifecycle campaigns, Landing pages and web graphics, Sales enablement and presentations, Event, print, and on-site materials
Translate briefs and copy into clear, on-brand visual systems
Produce fast, iterative creative for testing and optimization (multiple formats/sizes/variants)
Adapt core concepts into multiple formats efficiently while maintaining quality
Maintain brand consistency across Ritchie Bros.’ multi-brand ecosystem
Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Product, and Sales teams to deliver work on time
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and automation (e.g., generating creative variants, layout exploration, background removal, image expansion, resizing/versioning), while keeping a high bar for craft, accuracy, and brand consistency
Requirements
1–5 years of professional design experience
Agency experience or in-house marketing team experience strongly preferred
Portfolio demonstrating: Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
