Responsibilities
You analyze and optimize accounting processes and develop accounting-compliant, process-based solutions
You provide professional and system-level consulting to our clients in Finance & Accounting, especially for the implementation and further development of Haufe X360
You configure the ERP system for finance (tax logic, chart of accounts, posting templates, open-items logic, etc.) and support clients up to productive go-live
You create requirements analyses and tailored solution concepts for finance departments and contribute to quality assurance through posting tests, open-items reconciliations and error analyses
You design automation solutions and implement them in Haufe X360 to increase the efficiency of financial processes
You train and support users to ensure successful integration and use of Haufe X360
You ensure smooth integration of financial accounting with other Haufe X360 modules, such as production, logistics and sales
You support the optimization of reporting and data transparency within accounting in Haufe X360
You support our project management with your fachliche expertise in day-to-day tasks and client-facing activities
You document your work clearly and structurally to make it comprehensible for team members and clients
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation consulting, especially in the finance domain — ideally with Haufe X360 (alternatively e.g. SAP Business One, DATEV Unternehmen online, Lexware, etc.)
Deep understanding of financial processes and their requirements for ERP systems (e.g. financial accounting, controlling, liquidity management)
Experience analyzing and optimizing financial processes and implementing them in ERP systems
Technical affinity and the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
Analytical and systematic thinking: you recognize interdependencies between processes, system logic and posting results
Good understanding of tax-specific cases (e.g. §13b UStG (reverse charge), intra-community services, cross-border postings)
Excellent communication skills, both in collaboration with IT teams and in direct client advisory
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Hands-on mentality: you don’t just plan — you also implement using Excel, import tools, debug logic or templates
