- Act as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team, effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience managing complex project schedules and managing large scale programs and/or projects
- 3+ years’ experience with military aircraft
- 1+ year leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally
