About the role

  • Guidance Navigation and Control Engineer developing and analyzing systems for Boeing's Defense and Space Systems. Engaging in valuable sustainment projects like the Minuteman III program.

Responsibilities

  • Gather system level requirements for Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C), sustainment requirements definition
  • Perform & document analysis of Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C) systems, simulations, models & tools
  • Support reviews, analyses, simulations and component/system testing to ensure delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of sustainment related products/service anomalies and incidents
  • Participate in Minuteman III Guidance efforts to ensure End of Life (EOL) can be sustained or surpassed
  • Works independently or under general direction

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience or coursework in Control Systems or Guidance, Navigation and Control System design
