Responsibilities
- Analyzing contractual implementation requirements for delivery of customer solution.
- Delivering documentation and training for the integrated solution.
- Ensuring Customer Value is achieved through an effective, complete Implementation.
- Managing commitments with customers and resolving issues that could affect On Time Delivery.
- Acting as a consultant for and coordinating with customer’s end users and Internal development organizations for both process and technical challenges during implementation.
- Analyzing delivery systems requirements and design/build systems to support standard company solutions.
- Establishing and leading technology insertion projects.
- Resolving technical issues in support of implementation plans.
- Communicating directly with customers on technical issues both on site and remotely.
- Creating installation artifacts for all work done.
- Training customer users on the overall solution.
- Transitioning customer to the support organization for ongoing support.
Requirements
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years in systems deployment role for software in an integrated environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience integrating Mobile Applications into operational organization (preferred)
