Responsibilities
Lead in the development and execution of strategies by working with senior and executive cross-functional leaders
Manage skill team activities as the functional skill-team leader for multiple SJC/SMCs in the SPEEA contract
Drive initiatives & deployment from FCE office to upskill and retain BGS Engineering employees
Provide solutions and recommendations by interpreting, analyzing, and integrating applicable internal and external data and metrics
Develop and leverage key strategic relationships to participate in short-term and long-term business planning
Work with other workforce strategy and skill leaders to implement and develop consistent processes and mechanisms for prioritizing work and deploying employees for short-term staffing surges
Partner with Global Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Finance, and Program Focals to optimize staffing and prioritize needs
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5+ years of experience managing people either directly or indirectly
5+ years of experience partnering with senior or executive leadership
5+ years of experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues in an engineering environment
