Responsibilities

  • Manage the process for all leave types
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing for employees on leave
  • Ensure all leave programs and payroll practices comply with regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave policies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, in-house experience working payroll or related functions
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll software and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
  • In-depth understanding of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific paid family leave laws
  • Experience managing multi-state leaves of absence and time-off administration
  • Experience in a high-volume, shared services environment
