Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of internal and external projects managers
- Define project and process plans per company standards, set performance goals and implement processes and standard work to ensure consistent execution
- Create and sustain a safe environment to discuss project risks, issues and opportunities, attack roadblocks and guide teammates to effective, timely and sustainable solutions
- Provide technical oversight and approval of scope, approaches, deliverables and quality of vendor-performed work
- Acquire and allocate resources, manage budgets and schedules and drive process improvements to deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality expectations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with site customers, stakeholders, peers and business partners to ensure needs are met and escalations are resolved using the appropriate level of communication for the respective audience
- Own team performance metrics and reporting while leading continuous improvement and risk mitigation activities
- Leverage available systems and technology, with a focus on quality of data for execution and reporting accuracy
- Able to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities Project Management or Construction Management
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing large or complex teams of managers and or non-management employees
