Requirements
- 3+ years leading projects and/or programs
- 3+ years of experience in adult learning and development
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
- 1+ years of experience within the aviation or the airline industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in program management, instructional design, or training and development
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS)
