Responsibilities
Lead a group of learning program managers to analyze, design, develop and implement curriculum for manufacturing teams across the enterprise.
Prepare and present executive-level reports on training program effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement to leadership.
Promote employee recognition and build a departmental culture that enhances employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce.
Oversee the design and development of training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
Lead and conduct assessments to identify production training needs and gaps within the company.
Oversee the creation of engaging and effective learning materials, including a variety of modalities, workshops, and instructional guides.
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Work closely with business leaders to ensure training programs meet the needs of the business unit/organization.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; provide reports to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Requirements
3+ years leading projects and/or programs
3+ years of experience in adult learning and development
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
1+ years of experience within the aviation or the airline industry
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in program management, instructional design, or training and development
