Responsibilities
Execute and operationalize communication, training, and engagement activities from an Organizational Change Management (OCM) perspective to support SAP S/4HANA integration across assigned Boeing Distribution value streams.
Focus on delivering role-based training, maintaining web portal content and knowledge bases, executing communications campaigns, and supporting readiness and incident communications globally.
Collaborate with the Level 4 OCM lead and program teams for alignment to global strategy and governance.
Execute moderate-to-complex OCM activities for assigned value streams or workstreams.
Partner with Level 4 OCM lead, SMEs, Super Users, data stewards, and technical teams to translate policy/process changes into end-user materials.
Responsible for execution of business communications, training, portal updates, and readiness activities within defined scope.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Organizational Change, Instructional Design, Business, or related field
3+ years’ relevant experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, or learning & development supporting ERP or large system deployments
Hands-on experience creating and executing communications and training for technical/business audiences
Experience maintaining web portal/intranet content and knowledge base articles
Strong written communication skills and experience coordinating with technical teams on incident communications
Experience with training delivery methods (ILT, virtual, eLearning) and common authoring/LMS tools.
