Responsibilities
- Drive how Data, Analytics, AI & Automation can enable the business and create meaningful impact
- Own and drive the AI Strategy with our Boeing Functions and partner with peer leaders who have the same role for our Boeing businesses
- Build, own and maintain healthy analytics portfolio that maximizes business value & enables strategic priorities through a partner with the organization’s product and delivery teams
- Hold EAI&D Product Family and Delivery teams accountable to deliver committed Analytics AI solutions by applying Program and Project Management best practices as well as establish and track Analytics Value & Communicate Success Stories
- Coordinate between EAI&D & Functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality, Engineering, Human Resources (HR), Finance and others
- Drive the development of business functional Data, Analytics, AI and Automation roadmaps for the functions through a partnership with the product and delivery teams for a full picture of capabilities to the functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience working as an executive or senior manager
- 5+ years of experience developing communication plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and key message development
- 5+ years of experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings
- 5+ years of experience in developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation
- Experience as a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills, and a focus on translating technically complex issues into simple, easy to understand concepts.
