About the role
- Project & Change Manager leading AI projects to enhance efficiency at BMW Financial Services. Collaborating across teams to facilitate AI adoption and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Identificeren van kansen voor AI binnen verschillende business units, opstellen van business cases en uitvoeren van kosten-batenanalyses.
- Leiden van multidisciplinaire teams (IT, procesautomatisering, business) gedurende het volledige projecttraject en continu monitoren en verbeteren van geïmplementeerde AI-oplossingen.
- Assisteren van Legal, Compliance en Risk bij het inventariseren van risico’s rondom AI, met oog voor ethiek, privacy en regelgeving.
- Trainen en motiveren van collega’s in het verantwoord en effectief gebruik van AI.
- Daarnaast helpen bij het opzetten van feedbackkanalen, zoals gebruiksanalyses en adoptiedashboards, om behoeften en belemmeringen te signaleren.
- Nauw samenwerken met de domain lead, leidinggevenden en Corporate Communications om campagnes te ontwikkelen die bewustwording, participatie en blijvende adoptie van Copilot en GAIA stimuleren.
- Communiceren met stakeholders op alle niveaus om draagvlak en betrokkenheid te waarborgen.
Requirements
- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfskunde, informatica of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met project- en verandermanagement binnen complexe organisaties.
- Grondige kennis en affiniteit met AI-technologieën en M365-mogelijkheden, inclusief Copilot, en ruime ervaring met het succesvol overbrengen van digitale content naar diverse doelgroepen.
- Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en verandermanagementmethodieken zoals Lean, Six Sigma, ADKAR of vergelijkbaar.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om technische en complexe AI-onderwerpen begrijpelijk te maken voor verschillende doelgroepen.
- Een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte en verbindende aanpak, waarmee je mensen weet te motiveren en mee te nemen in verandering.
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
