- Openness to working in a diverse team using agile methodologies.
- Fluent in English and intermediate German (B1 level).
- Comprehensive IT education (university, university of applied sciences, or technical college) and several years of professional experience in software development and/or application operations.
- Database experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL), understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and experience with additional cloud providers is an advantage.
