Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust CICD pipelines that enable seamless deployment of AI/ML models and data solutions across the enterprise.
Design and implement robust DevOps practices that support the entire application and model development lifecycle, from development to production.
Play a key role in growing and transforming our analytics and technology infrastructure through automation and best practices.
Lead a highly effective and responsive DevOps team in supporting a portfolio of applications across the EAI&ET value stream.
Champion cybersecurity, application compliance, and data governance policies across the value stream.
Lead development of analytic data products, including pilots and proof of concepts.
Execute data strategies with an understanding of enterprise architecture, consumption patterns, platforms and application infrastructure.
Manage the operationalizing and automating of all capabilities to ensure secure, supported and scalable solutions.
Present analysis and recommendations to help influence management decisions.
Guide and coach team members to accelerate career development.
Establish team processes and procedures.
Maintain relationships with partner teams to ensure needs are met and impacted areas plan work accordingly.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM related field or equivalent.
Five or more years of related experience.
Two or more years of management experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to build relationships across the enterprise.
Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technology trends and techniques in AI and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), including Kubernetes, Python, Docker, AWS, LLMs, etc.
Experience working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to educate on risks and opportunities in the delivery of AI-based solutions.
Passion for Artificial Intelligence and for driving the adoption of AI-based technologies to improve business processes and outcomes.
Critical-thinking engineering mindset and ability to identify and design solutions that simplify the application development lifecycle.
Advanced knowledge of data tools, techniques, and manipulation including cloud platforms, programming languages, and technology platforms.
Background CI/CD practice and automated testing tools.
Experience with enterprise-scale AI implementations and both NoSQL and RDBMS databases.
Proficiency with AWS infrastructure, including Sagemaker, Glue, Lambda, and EKS.
Track record of successful stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
