About the role
- Senior Complex Systems Engineer delivering engineering support across submarine combat systems and underwater complexes. Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering support across submarine combat systems and mission-critical underwater complex systems.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to shape delivery approaches, identify and mitigate risks, develop robust project plans, and monitor and report progress against agreed schedules.
- Help ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication at all stages of project delivery.
- Support the achievement of key project milestones and deliverables, particularly in relation to sustaining in-service capabilities and developing the next generation of complex submarine combat system solutions.
- Contribute to the expansion of our consultancy and engineering services into emerging non-defence underwater complex system domains.
Requirements
- Be a UK-born sole national.
- Have held no other nationality at any time.
- Have continuously resided in the United Kingdom for the past five years.
- Be able to obtain and maintain full UK security clearance in accordance with government vetting standards.
