About the role

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Technical Authority teams and Capability Leads
- Develop frameworks, tools and good practice
- Represent BMT at relevant industry events
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of safety engineering
- Experience of leading and guiding engineering teams
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to support fee‑earning work alongside leadership tasks
- Degree in engineering or a related field
- Chartered status or equivalent recognition is preferred
- Experience gained in a consultancy or engineering setting
