About the role
- National Consultant managing an existing book of business for investment solutions at AssetMark. Supporting financial advisors in maximizing their impact and driving business growth through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing book of business that consists of advisors who are actively engaging with AssetMark
- Educate, advise, and consult prospective advisors on our wealth management platform, investment practice management, and client relationship offerings
- Educate, influence, and persuade advisors on the key benefits of various platform offerings and assist advisors in the evaluation of platform offerings, considering their business needs
- Design innovative re-engagement campaigns to win back assets from advisors who have not recently conducted business with AssetMark
- Effectively present AssetMark’s value proposition at advisor-attended events
- Expected travel to company and territory events is 30% for this position
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance field
- 4 + years of experience in the financial services industry
- 4+ years of phone and in-person sales experience
- Active FINRA: Series 6, 63, and 65, or Series 7 and 66 are required
- Proven experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools to effectively manage territory and pipeline
