- Lead bi-directional communication between WW and Regional Market medical teams
- Proactively identify and remove Market roadblocks
- Provide strategic expertise and support to respective Markets

- Afford visibility to Market data gaps and evidence needs
- Raise opportunities for collaborative studies
- Establish strong relationships with WW cross-functional partners
- Partner closely with Disease Area Medical Product Leads
- Develop and evolve dashboards, scorecards, and reports
- Build and maintain Market Medical Launch Excellence capability
- Lead identifying respective Market launch needs
Requirements
- MD, PhD, or PharmD
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Broad knowledge of Neuroscience preferred
- Market or global launch experience required
- Working knowledge of Research and Drug Development, including RWE
- Ability to communicate data in an impactful way
- Expertise in leading through influence & building collaborative networks
- Demonstrated success delivering results in a matrix environment
- Highly organized, analytical, solution-oriented, and resourceful
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and interpersonal skills
