About the role

  • Head of Digital Marketing at BMLL Technologies directing digital marketing strategy and managing campaigns for financial institutions. Leading a team to increase brand awareness and drive growth in capital markets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic domain leadership: Develop and execute an integrated, multi-channel digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives for brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels, including SEO, PPC, email, digital advertising, and social media. This requires creativity to cut through the industry's digital noise.
  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor a digital marketing executive. Ensure the team is aligned with business goals and continues to innovate.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, sales, product teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing efforts.
  • Budget management: Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Digital expertise: Proven experience across all major digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Expertise in digital platforms (CRM, marketing automation, SEO, social media, website platforms).
  • Strategic and analytical thinking: The ability to develop long-term digital marketing plans that drive a competitive advantage.
  • Regulatory knowledge: An understanding of the regulatory complexities governing marketing and advertising in the financial sector.
  • Leadership and communication: Strong interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills are essential for leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and innovation: The capital markets landscape is undergoing rapid digital transformation; the candidate must be able to adapt to new technologies like AI and evolving trends.
  • Data storytelling: The ability to not just report data, but to use it to tell a compelling story that informs strategy and convinces stakeholders.
  • “Self-starter” mentality with experience in fast-paced environments
