About the role

  • Service technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and training on identification systems. Collaborating with clients and ensuring smooth system functionality while working from home.

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact on-site for our customers and represent our identification solutions
  • Your main focus is the integration and commissioning of our identification systems into the customers' existing equipment
  • You ensure the smooth operation of our customers' systems
  • You provide on-site user training and perform maintenance and repairs on our identification products
  • You work closely with our field sales team, product specialists, service experts and the operations/dispatch team at our headquarters

Requirements

  • Qualified technician (e.g., automation technician, information electronics technician) with knowledge in electrical engineering/machine control, or a comparable degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, etc.)
  • Skills in precision mechanics, pneumatics and metalworking are an advantage
  • Excellent technical understanding and the ability to conceive technical solutions
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Valid Category B (Class B) driving licence
  • Completion of basic military service
  • Strong organisational skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
