Responsibilities
Manage run-rate business within assigned territories, driving incremental growth by supporting cross-functional teams
Facilitate the creation, processing, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs)
Collaborate with Client Partners, Services Pre-Sales, and Project Management teams
Provide weekly forecasting and reporting to sales and services leadership
Ensure all SOWs and CRs comply with internal policies, legal guidelines, and pricing rules
Maintain accurate, organized records of all commercial documents, approvals, and communications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role – renewals, consulting, delivery or a similar function
Background in Professional Services or Customer Success is an advantage
Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings is highly desirable
