About the role

  • Sales Velocity Representative at Blue Yonder managing growth in Professional Services engagements. Responsible for facilitating SOWs, supporting account teams, and ensuring commercial documentation compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage run-rate business within assigned territories, driving incremental growth by supporting cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate the creation, processing, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs)
  • Collaborate with Client Partners, Services Pre-Sales, and Project Management teams
  • Provide weekly forecasting and reporting to sales and services leadership
  • Ensure all SOWs and CRs comply with internal policies, legal guidelines, and pricing rules
  • Maintain accurate, organized records of all commercial documents, approvals, and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role – renewals, consulting, delivery or a similar function
  • Background in Professional Services or Customer Success is an advantage
  • Experience supporting services or SaaS-based offerings is highly desirable
  • Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce
