About the role
- Event & Bustour Manager overseeing Bloomwell's nationwide festival tour. Ensuring effective event coordination, logistics, and creative engagement in the cannabis sector.
Responsibilities
- Organization and execution of our nationwide festival tour across Germany with the legendary Bloomwell bus
- Recruiting and coordination of approx. 8–10 promoters per event – working students, mini-job employees and freelancers
- Planning, execution and evaluation of patient events in Frankfurt or at our partner pharmacies
- Close, collaborative work within the Bloomwell marketing team and with our agency partner Styleheads (supported by the production team)
- Responsibility for timing, logistics, guest experience and experience KPIs
- Creative freedom for new ideas and activations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in event, festival or promo management; agency experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, a hands-on attitude and enjoyment of teamwork – whether in the office or on the road
- Resilience under pressure and flexibility, especially during festival season
- Willingness to travel, work weekends and accommodate unconventional working hours
- Passion for engaging people and delivering projects
- You are creative, open-minded and enjoy thinking outside the box
- Open communicator and comfortable discussing medical cannabis
- Fluent German, good English and a valid Class B driving license (you don't have to drive the bus yourself, but it would definitely be a bonus)
