About the role

  • Sales Service Executive role focused on supporting revenue development in brand partnerships at BLAST. Collaborating with team members across multiple accounts and driving client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IC sellers to support active deals and pipeline development across multiple accounts.
  • Qualify leads, support client relationship management, and assist senior sellers in driving revenue.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking, inbound/outbound lead generation, and cold outreach.
  • Collate and help interpret data about audiences, making sure it is available and up to date.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to help keep the team & BLAST positioned for success.
  • Provide ad hoc sales operations support as needed.
  • Support pre-sale concept ideation by liaising with internal ecosystem teams to shape sellable content, activations, and partnership ideas.
  • Help build sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of BLAST’s products, offerings, and commercial opportunities.
  • Develop toward a future IC sales role with increasing ownership of accounts and commercial conversations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, customer service, or a related commercial role.
  • B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to sponsorships, media, marketing, or partnerships is a plus.
  • Comfort working across multiple deals, accounts, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Curious, coachable, and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to learning.
  • Ability to travel.
