About the role

  • Leading global product vision and strategy as Head of Product at BLACKROLL. Overseeing product development, team collaboration and international product launch.

Responsibilities

  • Development and ownership of the overall product vision and a multi-year product roadmap
  • Strategic advancement of the entire product portfolio
  • End-to-end responsibility for product developments
  • Leadership and development of the product team
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedules, budgets and profitability
  • Management of the entire product lifecycle
  • Establishment of strategic supplier and development partnerships
  • Systematic integration of responsibility and sustainability aspects
  • Close cooperation with external experts and partners
  • Close alignment with Brand, Marketing and Sales to develop product positioning

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in product management for end-consumer (B2C) products
  • Proven leadership experience in cross-functional product teams
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop actionable product visions
  • Experience with brand-driven, design-oriented organizations
  • Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and hardware development
  • High standards for design, usability and user experience
  • Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
