About the role

  • Sales Enablement & Project Manager, Junior role at Blackboat, connecting sales support and project management. Engaging with clients while supporting the Commercial Team with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • To operationally relieve and strengthen our Commercial team, we are establishing a new central role at the intersection of sales support, project management and active client contact.
  • This position combines operational excellence with proactive project management and direct client interaction.
  • You will coordinate cross-team projects, drive sales initiatives forward and handle approximately 20–30% direct client contact (pre-qualifying conversations, clarifying proposals, organizational coordination).
  • You will work closely with Commercial leadership and Customer Success Management, gaining deep insight into sales and commercial processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a coordinating or sales-adjacent role (e.g., Sales Support, Inside Sales, Project Assistant, Customer Success, Junior Account Management).
  • Project management skills: you have independently coordinated smaller projects (internal or external), met timelines and brought together various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach – you keep an overview even when handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Affinity for CRM/sales systems and digital tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Zoho, Copper).
  • Process understanding: you grasp workflows quickly, think in context and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • AI affinity: ideally you have already worked with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) and are curious about how AI can automate and make sales processes smarter.
