About the role

• Occupational Therapist providing evidence-based evaluations and treatment sessions for children at Blackbird Health. Collaborating with specialty providers and maintaining a flexible schedule in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Occupational Therapist efficiently and accurately provides evidence-based evaluations and treatment sessions focused on supporting emotional regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, and participation in daily activities.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and maintain a clinical schedule that includes evaluation times.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Licensure: Valid Pennsylvania state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience: At least two years of experience providing occupational therapy services in a pediatric or multidisciplinary setting; experience with telehealth preferred.
