Responsibilities

  • You coordinate replacement deliveries and handle orders, returns, and complaints
  • You are part of the team and actively contribute to shaping and improving processes

Requirements

  • You work independently, in an organized manner, and reliably
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
